Absolutely stoked on Tuesday to finally smash through the 5min/km barrier for my running that had proven a problem to get over of late. Tuesday runs are a pretty standard 6km route along the canal which I managed in 28:21 this time :). Works out at a 5km race time of about 23:40. It would be a mission sometime to get that under 20 minutes but we'll see. Marathon training isn't a sprint
